Job Title: Corporate Communications Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Corporate Communication Coordinator supports the implementation of corporate communication, public relations, and media activities within Salam Project. The role focuses on coordinating communication activities, supporting media coverage, managing digital content, and assisting in the organization of events and stakeholder engagement to enhance the project’s public image and communication effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Communication
  • Assist in implementing corporate communication plans and follow up on related activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow related to programs and events.
  • Maintain communication channels with stakeholders and support effective message delivery.
  • Support initiatives that enhance the project’s public image and relationships with partners.
Media and Content Management
  • Prepare press releases and media content related to programs and events.
  • Coordinate with media outlets and photographers for event coverage.
  • Monitor and collect media coverage and prepare summary reports.
  • Coordinate the production of media materials (photos, videos, promotional materials) with photographers or external vendors.
  • Organize and archive photos and videos and provide them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing the project’s social media accounts and publishing digital content.
  • Monitor comments and inquiries received through digital platforms and refer them to relevant departments when needed.
  • Update website content in coordination with the Corporate Communication Department.
  • Support the implementation of digital campaigns and track their performance.
Public Relations
  • Coordinate with organizations and stakeholders related to the project’s programs and activities.
  • Respond to media inquiries in coordination with the Corporate Communication Department.
  • Prepare correspondence and reports related to public relations activities.
  • Provide communication support for trainers and participants in programs and events.
Event Coordination and Protocol
  • Coordinate the organization of events, conferences, and programs from logistical aspects.
  • Follow up on venue arrangements, hospitality services, and technical preparations.
  • Coordinate the reception of guests, speakers, and official delegations.
  • Follow up with service providers responsible for event implementation.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary permits for events.
General Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Procurement Department regarding media and public relations service requests.
  • Follow up with printing houses and media service providers.
  • Document and archive communication materials and activities in approved databases.
  • Provide communication and media support to programs and initiatives as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Media, Corporate Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in media, public relations, or corporate communication.
  • Knowledge of media coverage coordination and content management.
  • Ability to write press releases, announcements, and various communication content.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive professional relationships.
  • Ability to prepare reports, official correspondence, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in English language, preferably with a minimum score of 80 in the STEP test or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of photo and video editing software.
