Influencer Marketing Specialist

We're expanding our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our influencer marketing strategies. In this role, you will focus on engaging our target audience —
adult English learners in KSA through creative and impactful influencer campaigns. If you’re passionate about influencer marketing and want to make an impact in the education sector, this is the opportunity for you!

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to adult English learners in KSA and education communities.
• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with influencers, micro-influencers, and education advocates who align with our brand values.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Commerce advertising and influencer regulations.
• Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, cultural sensitivity, and education-focused campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing regular insights and optimization strategies.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with local influencers, communities, and education-related networks.
• Stay updated on Saudi education trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams (social media, admissions, PR, and paid ads) to integrate influencer activities with overall student recruitment and brand campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of influencer marketing or social media experience, preferably in education, edtech, or services targeting parents and youth.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with Saudi influencer licensing and advertising regulations

• Culturally aware, with the ability to create campaigns that resonate with Saudi students and parents.
• Data-driven mindset with proven ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign ROI.
