Position: Trade Marketing Manager (FMCG)

Rgheeb is in search of a creative and analytical Trade Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales across various retail channels. You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our products are effectively positioned in the market and resonate with our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in trade marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for innovative marketing solutions. If you are ready to make a significant impact on our brand’s success, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Develop annual and quarterly promotional plans in alignment with Sales objectives.
  • Design and execute trade promotions (discounts, bundles, seasonal campaigns).
  • Enhance in-store visibility through POS materials and merchandising initiatives.
  • Analyze promotional performance and measure return on investment (ROI).
  • Support the Sales team with tools, programs, and initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability during campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on trade marketing activities and sales impact.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of Traditional Trade and/or Modern Trade channels.
  • Experience in promotional planning and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
