We are looking for a detail oriented and execution driven Trade Marketing Specialist to join a growing F&B company and support demand generation, availability, and sell-through across retail, quick-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

This role is ideal for someone who understands in market execution, trade activations, and performance driven marketing. You will work closely with brand, communications, and external agencies to ensure product launches, promotions, and DTC initiatives are executed effectively and consistently across channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute performance marketing initiatives across digital, quick-commerce, and DTC platforms.
  • Own trade marketing execution, including POS materials, in-store visibility, promotions, and retail activations.
  • Oversee digital performance marketing and DTC activities in collaboration with performance marketing agencies.
  • Coordinate product launches from an execution perspective, including timing, channels, and activation intensity.
  • Work closely with the Brand & Communications Specialist to ensure alignment between brand direction, trade activations, and product launches.
  • Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs across trade and digital channels.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of trade and growth assets.
  • Support the launch and operational kick-off of new business models, including the company’s D2C website.
Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience in trade marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing (F&B, FMCG, or retail preferred).
  • Strong understanding of trade marketing execution and in-store activation.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital performance marketing and working with external agencies.
  • Solid understanding of DTC business models, e-commerce operations, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-driven reporting and optimization.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with brand, communications, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
