You'll join a small but highly impactful team of professionals across KSA, Egypt, and Jordan. The culture is modern, collaborative, and learning-focused, team activities, and a growth-oriented mindset. You'll work closely with them to drive measurable marketing results, optimize acquisition funnels, and grow the Faheem App in the region.
The RoleAs the Growth Marketing Manager
, you will own Faheem's marketing growth end-to-end. You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, and driving results across the full acquisition-to-retention funnel. This is a people‑manager and a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on numbers, KPIs, and growth metrics, and who wants to make a tangible impact on students learning experiences.
- Lead end-to-end growth marketing initiatives, including acquisition, conversion, and retention campaigns
- Manage paid marketing across Google, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other channels
- Optimize campaigns for high-quality lead generation and cost-per-lead efficiency
- Analyze performance data to improve ROI and funnel efficiency
- Manage large marketing budgets (5M+ SAR annually)
- Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product to align marketing with business objectives
- Mentor small teams or contractors where needed
- Proven experience as a Growth or Marketing Manager with strong KPI-driven results
- Hands-on experience managing acquisition and retention funnels
- Track record of managing large paid media budgets (5M+ SAR annually)
- Comfortable with full-funnel analytics, conversion optimization, and lead quality measurement
- Based in KSA (Saudi preferred, but not a must)
- Experience in SaaS, POS platforms, marketplaces, or edtech
- Exposure to real-time marketing optimization and scaling campaigns
- Competitive compensation in SAR or USD, tailored to experience and impact
- On-site work in KSA with a collaborative environment
