Leading marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
Ongoing analysis of market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Use insights to optimize brand strategies and improve customer experiences.
Campaign Management & ControllingPlan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events) that communicate the brand’s message and engage target audiences.
Manage marketing efforts across different channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising in line with established KPIs.
Collaborate with and supervise internal teams (content, creative, design) and external agencies to create engaging content for marketing campaigns.
Implement strategies to generate leads, converting them into sales opportunities for tickets and merchandising products.
Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and ROI.
Drive brand growth, increase market visibility, generate qualified leads and maximize marketing ROI.
Requirements5 years experience in marketing roles with strong knowledge of the MENA region.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and platforms.
Proven track record of successful creative campaign development and execution. Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, ideally in multi-cultural environments.
