To assist the Trade Marketing Manager in coordinating the implementation of effective category and product planograms, in store & outdoor branding and POSM, in‑store promotion activities with the Regional Sales team which will deliver overall increased sales growth and profit for Almarai.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate planogram schedules to ensure continuous updates and optimal presentation of Almarai fridges and rented category spaces.
- Ensure all Almarai products are merchandised according to essential merchandising standards.
- Oversee the requirements, implementation, and maintenance of campaign POS materials and NPD listings across targeted sub‑channels.
- Manage event coordination and sponsorship requests to support product awareness initiatives.
- Handle local supplier coordination, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation to Head Office, CPD, and Finance.
- Support in-store branding and POSM project execution in collaboration with regional sales and merchandising teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotion.
- Experience in category management is required.
- English fluency.
