Position Summary
The Media Director is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, leading, and executing the company's digital media, offline and advertising strategy. This role oversees all digital channels, ensures maximum ROI on media spend, and drives brand growth through data-driven, innovative, and performance-focused digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the digital media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic, Video).
- Oversee media planning, buying, budgeting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Manage agency and platform relationships (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Programmatic DSPs).
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with local market regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital media team.
- Stay updated with digital trends, technologies, and advertising best practices.
- Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Offline strategy and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital media, offline and advertising.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large media budgets.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and media analytics.
- Experience working within the Saudi or GCC market is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Digital Media Platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Programmatic).
- Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics, Data Studio, attribution models).
