We want our brand to be loved as regular destinations for freestyle fun, progression and development and we’re looking for the right Marketing Executive in KSA to be the engine behind how BOUNCE shows up in the Saudi market.

You’ll own local social media platforms, campaign execution, events, partnerships, and on-the-ground marketing delivery, ensuring every activation feels relevant, energetic, and unmistakably BOUNCE.

• Manage and grow the organic social media presence of BOUNCE in KSA across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Linked In, and X, delivering on agreed engagement and awareness objectives for the relevant target audiences
• Create, write, and edit platform‑centric content that is on trend, audience relevant, and consistent with brand positioning and tone of voice for the brand and BOUNCEmideast social handles
• Stay ahead of social and cultural trends in the market, quickly adapting and innovating content to maximize reach and engagement
• Adopt and test platform innovations that drive engagement, traffic & revenues(eg: in‑platform bookings)
• Ensure social content supports both brands SEO and GEO visibility strategies
• Collaborate with Venue and Content teams to produce timely, platform‑appropriate content aligned with brand campaigns, events and programs
• Manage influencer visits and tracking with venue TLs, ensuring effective use of influencers to reach new audiences and create more awareness
• Develop and maintain the social media calendar using Sprout Social
• Monitor, analyze, and report monthly on social performance an influencers against KPIs, providing learnings and actionable insights

• Roll out traditional media marketing campaigns to support ongoing awareness campaigns
• Own end‑to‑end execution: briefing, coordination, delivery, and post‑campaign reporting
• Work with content team to adapt global and regional campaigns to suit Saudi audiences, seasons, and significant local events
• Work with content team to make required changes on KSA venue pages on website (Arabic & English)
• Work with content team to ensure all customer facing collateral in‑venue, is up to date and relevant
• Track, monitor, and support traditional activity (radio, print, cinema, outdoor, etc.)

• Support with planning special events and activations for BOUNCE that helps increase brand exposure
• Support venue‑led events with branding and collateral requirements
• Manage local brand partnerships opportunities, co‑branded events, and community activations
• Report on post event results
