Develops content in support of internal and external communications with an emphasis on internal campaigns and the management of internal communications tools, overseeing the intranet and developing campaign material.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business administration or related field;
    Master’s degree is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in communications, such as Accredited in Public Relations (APR) or Certified Communications Professional (CCP) are highly preferred
xperience
  • 8-10 years experience in corporate communications in leading global organisations including a significant background in the finance and investment sectors
  • Proven experience translating business objectives into successful communications strategies; strong proficiency in written and spoken English is essential; exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities /Duties Communications Planning
  • Develop high impact content in line with internal and external communications requirements across the company.
  • Manage narrative and campaign development for internal communications in alignment with business requirements, cultural transformation initiatives and Strategy 2.0.
  • Write, edit and review all internal materials to ensure all communications across business functions are consistent, clear, and aligned with Vision Invest’s culture and values.
  • Responsible for the development and management of all internal communications channels – intranet, internal circulars (from newsletters to announcements), presentations and templates
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with regional offices and key internal stakeholders — including Strategic Management Office (SMO), Human Capital Development (HCD), and Digital Transformation (DT) — to build and maintain an integrated internal narrative, communicating strategic projects, employee-experience and culture initiatives and addressing the requirements of our regional presence.
Frameworks and Guidelines
  • Support in the development, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive communications guidelines, playbooks, and frameworks.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, language, and style across all internal channels and materials.
Strategic Alignment
  • Translate and cascade Strategy 2.0 priorities into clear, employee-facing communications that connect corporate objectives with daily work.
  • Ensure strategic messages are embedded across all internal platforms, campaigns, and leadership communications.
Campaign Management
  • Lead the development and execution of internal campaigns that support corporate objectives, business initiatives, and employee engagement goals.
Monitoring and Reporting
  • Measure and analyse communication effectiveness using engagement metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Prepare reports and insights for leadership on communication outcomes and areas for improvement.
