- Drive&facilitatekeymeetingcadencestomanageperformance,including weekly&monthlybusinessreviews.
- Collaboratewiththe Productteamtofinetuneeffectiveentrypointstodrivegrowthacrossusermoments.
- Buildandrefineeffectivecustomersegments.
- Developtailoredgrowthstrategiesfordifferentusercohorts.
- Supportthecreationofpersonalizedcustomerjourneysacrossmultipletouchpoints.
- RunA / Btestsandotherexperimentstovalidategrowthtactics
- Analyzekeygrowthmetrics(Frequency,LTV,CAC,Costperincrementalorder) andgenerateinsights.
- Contributetoreportingdashboardstotrackperformanceandinformdecision-making.
- Contributetothedevelopmentandexecutionofthe Division’sOKRs,whileensuringalignmentwithother
Functions'heads. - Makecriticaldecisionsthatsupportthe Division'sstrategicandtacticaldirection.
- Measureandtrackrelevant
OKRsandmetricstoensuretheachievementofgoalsandtakecorrectiveactionswhennecessary. - Followallrelevantpolicies,procedures,andprocessesforthedailyworktobecarriedoutinacontrolledandconsistentmanner.
- Contributetotheidentificationofopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovementofprocessesandpracticestoenhanceeffectiveness.
- Upholdahigh-performanceworkingenvironmentandpromote
HS’sValues.
- 4_6yearsofexperiencein
Growth
Marketing,Marketing Operations,orUser Lifecycle Management ,preferablyina
Tech company. - Strongunderstandingof
KSAuserbehaviourandtrends. - Equallyfluentinnumbersanduserinstincts,abletomodeloutcomeswhileunderstandingwhattrulyresonateswithusers.
- Prefertohaveexperiencein
SQL,Braze - Bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessadministration,marketingorarelevantfieldisrequired.
