Analyst - Social Media

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Analyst - Social Media to join our marketing team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of social media strategies aimed at enhancing our online presence and engaging effectively with our audiences. Your analytical skills will be pivotal in assessing social media trends and metrics, providing insights that drive our content and engagement initiatives.

• Support the planning and execution of social media strategies in alignment with Qiddiya’s brand goals.
• Monitor and report on social media performance and metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct research on social media trends, audience behavior, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Assist in creating and curating engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Engage with followers and monitor interactions to maintain a positive online community.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
• Help maintain the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
• Prepare regular reports to evaluate social media effectiveness and recommend adjustments as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in social media, management, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytical tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
