• Own and manage our social media presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Facebook, X/Twitter—you name it!)
• Create thumb-stopping content that sparks engagement and drives traffic
• Develop and execute social strategies that align with business goals and brand identity
• Plan content calendars and campaigns around launches, events, and cultural moments
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using insights and analytics
• Stay on top of trends and platform updates (you're always 3 memes ahead of everyone else)
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life
• Engage with our community and help turn followers into fans

• Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, mass communication or relevant field.
• 2+ years relevant work experience preferably in media, advertising, beauty, skincare, creative agencies, TV
• A portfolio or examples of content you’ve created (we love to see your work!)
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, metrics, and trends
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Solid experience in social media platform Beauty, Skincare, Luxury, Lifestyle or Perfumes is an added advantage.
• Aware culturally of the Middle East market
• A deep love for pop culture, the internet, and telling stories that stick
