Overview
Job Title: Communication & Graphic Design Manager
Reports to: CEO
Location: Riyadh, KSA
JOB PURPOSE
The Communication & Graphic Design Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand communication strategies to enhance the company's image, promote its products and services, and ensure effective internal and external communication. He/She will manage all aspects of corporate communications, including media relations, digital communications, employee engagement, and crisis management.

- Strategic Communication Planning
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Create annual communication plans covering media relations, internal communication, branding, and digital presence.
- Identify key communication opportunities and challenges and devise strategies to address them.
- Results: Deliver the company’s communication strategies in alignment with business goals;
Deliver annual communication plans on time in full.
- Graphic Design & Production
- Design and produce graphics and communication materials in-house for most internal & external communication according to our brand guidelines.
- Results: Deliver the company’s communication strategies in alignment with business goals;
Optimize Graphic Design & Production cost.
- Media Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Serve as the company's spokesperson for media inquiries and interviews.
- Results: Media Mentions and Coverage:
Increase in positive mentions and coverage (20% increase annually). Social media:
Specific engagement rate (5% monthly increase) and follower growth (10% quarterly increase).
- Digital Communication
- Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze digital metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Results: Increase in traffic (20% annually) for Website Traffic and Engagement;
Content Performance.
- Internal Communication
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Manage internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, and company meetings.
- Foster a positive organizational culture through effective communication initiatives.
- Results: 85% of employee engagement and satisfaction with internal communications; 10% quarterly increase in interaction on internal platforms.
- Branding and Corporate Identity
- Ensure consistent application of the company's brand guidelines across all communication materials.
- Develop and manage corporate identity programs, including branding for events, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure alignment of communication strategies with marketing objectives.
- Results: Increase in brand awareness and positive perception (20% improvement annually).
- Crisis Communication
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate risks to the company's reputation.
- Serve as the communication lead during crises, coordinating responses and ensuring timely and accurate information is disseminated.
- Conduct post-crisis analysis to improve future crisis management strategies.
- Results: Response Time; 90% of crises resolved without escalation.
- Content Creation
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various communication channels, including articles, videos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and create compelling stories that highlight the company's achievements and initiatives.
- Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's messaging and branding.
- Results: Zero tolerance in content.
- Event Management
