Head of Sales – Creative Marketing Agency (KSA)

We are a fast-growing, content-led influencer marketing agency in the region, working with some of the biggest consumer brands to create impactful campaigns that blend storytelling, digital content, and influencer strategy. Our approach is creative, data-informed, and always audience-first.

We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead business development and revenue growth in KSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background
, experience in creative or influencer marketing sales
, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with brands and key decision-makers
. This role requires fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics.

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for KSA, targeting both new business opportunities and existing clients
• Lead client acquisition efforts
  , from pitching to contract negotiation
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and influencer teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the influencer marketing space
• Own the sales pipeline and revenue targets
  , reporting regularly to senior leadership
• Foster long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

• 5–10+ years’ experience in sales/business development within a creative or marketing agency
• Proven track record of closing deals with major brands in KSA or the MENA region
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing, digital content, and creative campaign workflows
• Fluent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
