Marketing Specialist

Taj HR is looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition. This position requires a combination of marketing knowledge, analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content, etc.).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
• Support event planning and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles. Fresh Graduated are welcomed.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
