Aboutthe Role
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for defining and leading the company’s overall marketing vision and strategy. This role will drive brand growth, market expansion, and commercial performance across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy across brand, digital, retail, and product marketing.
- Strengthen brand positioning and equity across local and regional markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing, multi-functional marketing teams.
- Oversee all marketing functions including branding, digital marketing, trade marketing, CRM, and campaigns.
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support revenue growth and business expansion.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive data-led decisions.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.
- Support retail and e-commerce channels with effective, performance-driven marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing, with significant tenure in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience holding at least 5 leadership positions (e.g., Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, VP Marketing, CMO).
- Strong background in retail, fragrances, cosmetics, or beauty-related industries.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling premium consumer brands in competitive markets.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, trade marketing, and omnichannel strategies.
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Solid understanding of the Saudi market and consumer behavior.
- Fluency in English is required;
Arabic is a strong advantage.
