We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in e-commerce and sales management, particularly in the retail and wholesale sectors. This role is pivotal in driving online sales strategies and enhancing our digital presence. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans, analyzing market trends, and optimizing the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of digital marketing techniques, e-commerce technologies, and consumer behavior, enabling them to lead initiatives that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the product merchandising process, ensuring that the online catalog is up-to-date and aligned with customer preferences.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of online orders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Train and mentor the e-commerce sales team to enhance their performance and effectiveness.
  • Implement and manage customer engagement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales management within the retail or wholesale industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

    • Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
    • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
    • E-Commerce Platforms: Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Woo Commerce, enabling effective management of online stores.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Experience with CRM tools to manage customer interactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee various e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
