We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in e-commerce and sales management, particularly in the retail and wholesale sectors. This role is pivotal in driving online sales strategies and enhancing our digital presence. The E-Commerce Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans, analyzing market trends, and optimizing the customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will possess a keen understanding of digital marketing techniques, e-commerce technologies, and consumer behavior, enabling them to lead initiatives that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance online visibility and drive traffic to the e-commerce site.Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Oversee the product merchandising process, ensuring that the online catalog is up-to-date and aligned with customer preferences.Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of online orders.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the e-commerce landscape.Train and mentor the e-commerce sales team to enhance their performance and effectiveness.Implement and manage customer engagement initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.Preferred Candidate
Proven experience in e-commerce sales management within the retail or wholesale industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Skills
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive online sales and increase brand awareness.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
- E-Commerce Platforms: Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Woo Commerce, enabling effective management of online stores.
