About NoonNoon Academy is the leading edtech platform in the Middle East, with over 14 million students and teachers using our app to learn, teach, and collaborate. We have recently raised $41 million in Series B funding to expand our reach and impact in the region and beyond. We are on a mission to transform the physical classroom experience by introducing our highly engaging social, group‑based learning and AI to make learning fun and improve learning efficacy.
Our ultimate goal is to provide access to the best teachers to every student even if that teacher is only available virtually. We believe we can do this if we blend AI, peer‑to‑peer learning, and a carefully designed physical space.
- Brand & Storytelling – Craft Noon’s narrative and lead all creative, visual, and messaging work across campaigns, channels, and cities. Own the storytelling machine, turning everyday school moments into shareable experiences.
- Drive Awareness & Reach – Lead top‑of‑funnel efforts to grow brand visibility and recognition, using multiple tactics to build trust and hype. Plan and execute high‑impact events such as school launches, parent open houses, student expos, and brand activations.
- Strategic Planning & Execution – Own the GTM engine & strategy across product lines, defining clear positioning, messaging, and channel market fit. Build the operating rhythm, set and manage the annual marketing calendar, and sync campaigns with product launches, admissions cycles, and school milestones.
- Field activations & parent engagement – Drive field activations, parent engagement campaigns, and school‑based brand experiences that convert trust into action.
- Partner Management – Lead external agency relationships, influencers, designers, and event producers. Be scrappy when needed, deciding when to hack in‑house or go premium.
Ensure high‑quality output while maintaining budgets and timelines.
- With sharp storytelling, amplify student wins into brand moments that live in hearts and feeds.
- With an on‑ground obsession, get inside schools, streets, and homes to understand what resonates.
- With strategic discipline, align creative instincts with data, timelines, and business goals.
- With relentless resourcefulness, find ways to get it done even when budgets are tight or timelines brutal.
- With student pride, make Noon a badge that every student is proud to wear and share.
- Marketing experience that moves people, having led bold campaigns blending storytelling, trust‑building, and real conversion, especially in youth‑centric or fast‑paced brands.
- Creative instinct and execution muscle; able to shape a narrative, write a brief, and deliver creative quickly.
- Vendor wrangling and team orchestration experience, managing agencies, freelancers, and cross‑functional partners to get the best results.
- Grit and mission‑drive, believing education can be reimagined and wanting to put your craft behind that mission.
- Saudi‑first mindset; speaks the language and culture, knowing what resonates with Saudi youth and families.
- Own execution at scale – lead the heartbeat of a national education network and make it hum with precision.
- Operate across product, education, and delivery with the autonomy to shape how things get done.
