Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to support and maintain various equipment within our manufacturing facility. The role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and compliance of all machinery used in slitting & packaging operations, while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on slitting machine, AHU and other equipments.
• Timely calibration of equipment as per the calibration schedule.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues.
• Minimize downtime through effective root cause analysis and timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and calibration logs.
• Support equipment validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) activities.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to improve equipment performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, safety regulations, and documentation practices.
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
