• Lead and supervise all factory operations with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Manage luxury and high-profile projects such as palaces, hotels, and towers
  .
• Oversee government project execution with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Price estimation and cost control, especially for premium materials like brass, leather, and marble
  .
• Source raw materials and manage supplier relationships.
• Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing and professional team
  .
• Ensure continuous improvement in production processes and team development.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in woodwork and luxury furniture manufacturing.
• Proven experience in managing luxury and governmental projects in Saudi Arabia
  .
• Strong knowledge of high-end materials and pricing strategies.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team-building skills.
