Chocolate Production Worker; at least of manufacturing

We are looking for an employee with a basic understanding of the chocolate manufacturing process to join our team. The position is suitable for someone with intermediate experience (one year) who wishes to develop their skills in a professional work environment.

Skills

Required Tasks:

• Raw Material Handling:Prepare and melt raw chocolate under the supervision of the supervisor.
• Molding Process:Pour chocolate into molds and prepare it for cooling.
• Filling:Assist in accurately placing various fillings inside the pieces.
• Tool Cleanliness:Pay close attention to the cleanliness of the molds and dry them properly to ensure product quality.
• Initial Packaging:Sort the intact pieces and package them manually or with simple machines.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous
  
  Experience:
  
  At least one year in confectionery labs or chocolate factories.
• Basic Understanding:Basic knowledge of temperatures and how to maintain the shine of chocolate.
• Precision:Full adherence to health standards (wearing gloves and head coverings).
• Integrity and Commitment:Punctuality and ensuring the product is delivered in the best condition.
