CNC Milling Machinist (Programmer and Operator)
Position: CNC Milling Machinist (Programmer and Operator)
Location:
5000 sq. m. manufacturing facility in the Second Industrial Area, Riyadh.

- Machine Setup:
Perform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficiently. - Drawing Analysis:
Analyze shop drawings and set up tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling using manual programming or CAM software. - Material Preparation:
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. - Quality Control:
Complete the manufacturing of the first part per process instructions for QM approval. - Full Cycle Fabrication:
Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate a large number of parts. - Supervision:
Supervise the machines while they execute tasks and make necessary adjustments to produce optimal results. - Inspection:
Inspect finished products and document conformity with requirements; make adjustments as needed. - Maintenance:
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and report abnormalities. - Safety Protocols:
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work area. - Team
Collaboration:
Work with engineering and CAM programming departments to develop and improve CNC programs. - Fixture Design:
Design and aid in the fabrication of fixtures for parts of varying complexity.
- Education:
Vocational Certificate as a CNC Milling Machinist or similar. - Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as a CNC Milling Machinist in a professional manufacturing facility. - Aptitude:
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills. - Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a results‑driven approach.
- Flexibility:
Ability to work overtime and night shifts when required. - Communication:
Good communication abilities. - Additional
Skills:
CNC Lathe experience and Manual Milling experience are a plus. Computer savvy with a basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM. - Work Location:
Production shop setting. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 15KG parts and stand throughout the duration of the shift.
