5000 sq. m. manufacturing facility in the Second Industrial Area, Riyadh.

• Blueprint Mastery:
  Read and interpret blueprint designs and sketches to understand job requirements.
• Machine Setup:
  Set up and calibrate laser cutting machines based on job specifications.
• Parameter Selection:
  Choose the proper machine parameters (gas, lens, and nozzle) for cutting jobs.
• Nesting Jobs:
  Perform nesting tasks to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap and downtime.
• Process Monitoring:
  Monitor machines during the cutting process to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting:
  Address any technical or machine issues that arise.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• 5S Methodology:
  Maintain tools and equipment using the 5S methodology.
• Safety Compliance:
  Maintain a safe workplace and follow safety practices.
• Effective Communication:
  Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years as a Fiber Laser machine operator and programmer (Tube / Sheet).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design sketches.
• Laser Expertise:
  Knowledge of laser cutting procedures and safety standards.
• Software
  
  Skills:
  
  Knowledge of AutoCAD Inventor and nesting software.
• Physical Fitness:
  Physically fit with high stamina and ability.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift 15KG parts.
