Job PurposeTo establish and maintain a strong compliance framework, monitor and address compliance issues, conduct investigations, and stay updated on regulatory changes to promote integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.
- Develop annual business plans for the compliance department in alignment with the function’s strategic plan.
- Report progress on activities against annual business plans to the GRC Director, including opportunities, challenges, mitigations, to facilitate decision‑making.
- Build and lead a motivated and competent team by setting priorities, managing performance, and providing feedback to meet functional goals.
- Serve as a role model, ensuring employees are aware and committed to Boutique Group’s vision, mission, and values.
- Prepare and recommend the compliance department’s budget aligned with the annual business plan.
- Monitor costs and activities regularly, highlighting opportunities and issues for appropriate decision‑making.
- Manage the development and implementation of department policies, systems, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements and regulatory directives for a safe and risk‑free environment.
- Translate governance, risk, and compliance strategies into enterprise compliance plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Implement a framework for maintaining compliance programs to prevent non‑compliance issues.
- Monitor organizational compliance with regulations and implement corrective measures to preserve integrity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and codes of conduct, addressing unethical matters.
- Review reports on deviations and implement corrective measures to protect the organization's interests.
- Provide training to increase awareness of compliance and ethical obligations.
- Build trust with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry regulations and promote understanding of Boutique Group.
Lead change management through continuous improvement of systems and processes, considering global standards and business environment changes.
Reporting- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of functional reports meeting Boutique Group’s requirements and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Law, or any related discipline
- Master’s Degree in Risk Management, Law or any related discipline
6‑8 years of Experience in any related field out of which 2 years at a Senior/Mid Management level.
