Vice President – Oil & Gas Industry

The Vice President will act as a strategic partner and deputy to the CEO, supporting corporate vision, executive decision-making, and organizational alignment. The role focuses on high-level strategy, governance, and performance oversight across large-scale power and energy projects
, with a strong preference for candidates who bring solid experience within the Oil & Gas sector

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Serve as the CEO’s strategic advisor and representative when required.

• Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and executive decision-making.

• Oversee company-wide performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation programs across power and energy operations.

• Provide executive-level insights, risk assessment, and governance support to ensure operational excellence.

• Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and major power and energy projects
  , including those related to the Oil & Gas ecosystem.

• Proven executive leadership experience in power, energy, or EPC organizations

• Strong experience within the Oil & Gas sector is required.

• Solid background in corporate strategy, organizational leadership, and business transformation.

• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and executive decision-making skills.

• Experience providing executive-level support and acting as a deputy to senior leadership (CEO).
