We are a rapidly growing leader in the F&B industry looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you wont just be watching from the sidelines—you will be the engine driving our strategic initiatives, ensuring that every transformation project across our factories and branches stays on track and delivers impact.

As our Project Manager for Strategy Execution, you will bridge the gap between vision and results. Your core mission includes:

• Strategic Oversight: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of key strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Performance Tracking: Own the KPIs. Youll track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to ensure we are hitting our organizational targets.
• Executive Visibility: Maintain and update executive dashboards, providing leadership with real-time insights.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly performance reports and dive deep into performance deviations to identify root causes.
• Action-Oriented Solutions: Document and drive corrective action plans to ensure projects get back on track swiftly.

We need someone who loves data but understands people. The ideal candidate brings:

• Experience: 3–5 years in PMO, Strategy Execution, or Corporate Planning.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
• Tech Savvy:
  * Advanced SAP system knowledge is a must.
  • Expert-level Excel and BI tools (Power BI) for data storytelling.
• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder coordination skills—you know how to get things done across different departments.
• Analytical Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see the story they tell and the solutions they require.
