- Develops strategic plans, objectives and policies related to support services and approves the work plans of its Departments.
- Identifies the Company's administrative support requirements, regulates the necessary support framework, and ensures compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Supervises the IT department to provide information support systems including technical information, software;
- Supervises the management of human resources and administrative affairs including human resources planning, manpower needs, recruitment and training, performance evaluation and all work related to human resources and administrative affairs.
- Ensure that HR systems and programs keep abreast of developments and provide user-friendly services and procedures to the end users.
- Supervises the procurement department and ensures its implementation of all approved plans, policies and procedures.
- Review and approve the annual budgets of all departments
- Monitor the progress of work in his departments and ensure that they achieve the objectives assigned to them and their compliance with the approved work plans.
- Following up the restructuring programs and preparing the company for public offering
- Provides periodic reports on the level of staff performance and proposes appropriate mechanisms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performance and human resources development.
- Performs similar duties assigned to him within his competence.
Educational
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Public Administration / Business or equivalent (preferably
MSc)
Leadership and management training courses
Practical experience:
14 years - of 4 years in a similar position
