Principle Accountabilities
- Manage and co‑coordinate all aspects of the design and construction of a SAR 400m new build barracks
- Primary interface with client’s design consultant and building contractor
- Assistance with other projects, as directed by the Programme Manager
- Revision of Project Management Plan, as required
- Degree qualified in construction related discipline
- Chartered status (or equivalent)
- Candidate must be Western educated
- Minimum of 10 years of post‑graduate professional experience of which 2 will have been in a similar senior position
- Commercial awareness
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project software
- Administrative skills
- Delegation skills
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
- Experience of design management
- Experience of PCM and Predict Software
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Proactive and able to drive a project forward
- Ability to influence outcomes
- Ability to work well with a team
- Western candidate preferred
- Ability to distribute work effectively
