The Senior Manager - Fire, Life and Safety is responsible for overseeing all fire prevention, life safety, and emergency preparedness operations across Qiddiya's city assets. This role ensures that fire safety systems, evacuation procedures, and life safety protocols meet the highest international standards, safeguarding guests, employees, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the operational readiness and performance of all fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems across Qiddiya's portfolio of assets.
- Develop, implement, and maintain fire safety and life safety management plans, SOPs, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with Saudi Civil Defence regulations and international best practices.
- Coordinate fire safety training programs, evacuation drills, and awareness campaigns for operational staff and tenant stakeholders.
- Liaise with Saudi Civil Defence, local fire authorities, and third-party consultants on regulatory compliance, permitting, and emergency response coordination.
- Lead incident investigations related to fire or life safety events, producing root cause analyses and corrective action plans.
- Support the design review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems for new and existing assets to ensure operational readiness.
- Minimum 7 + years of experience in fire safety management, life safety operations, or fire engineering within large-scale mixed-use developments, theme parks, or entertainment destinations.
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA codes, Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and international fire safety standards.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety, IFE membership, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing fire safety teams and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting fire risk assessments and safety audits.
