Ready to step into a leadership role with a Leading Global Consulting Firm? A prestigious global consulting firm is seeking a Director – HR Transformation to join and help build its growing Riyadh practice.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for professionals ready to drive transformation, manage senior client relationships and contribute to business development in one of the region’s fastest-growing markets.

• Arabic speakers preferred (strong client-facing exposure in KSA)
• 10–15+ years of experience with a strong consulting background
• Expertise in Organization Design, Operating Models, Workforce Transformation, HR Policies & Governance, Performance Management, Reward Strategy
• Exposure to Financial Services (Commercial Banking, Asset Management, Investment Firms, Family Offices) – strong plus
• Proven ability to lead teams (5–8 consultants), manage client relationships, and drive business development
• Open to being fully based in Riyadh

This is not just a delivery role. At Director level, you will:

• Lead end-to-end HR Transformation mandates
• Own senior stakeholder relationships (Board / C-level exposure)
• Drive business delivery, business development and revenue growth
• Build and strengthen a growing on-the-ground Riyadh team
• Leverage data-driven insights to differentiate advisory delivery Interested?
