Overview
The Manager - Housing Services at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housing services provided to employees and their families. This role is essential in ensuring a high standard of living for staff, contributing to employee satisfaction and retention within the Qiddiya community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement housing service policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and vision
- Manage the allocation of housing units, ensuring fair and efficient distribution based on company guidelines
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general management of housing units to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents
- Conduct regular inspections of housing properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for housing-related inquiries and concerns from employees, resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with various departments to plan and execute housing services that support the attraction and retention of top talent
- Maintain accurate records of housing assignments, maintenance requests, and resident feedback
- Prepare and manage the budget for housing services, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of housing service staff, promoting professional development and a positive work environment
- Generate reports on housing utilization, satisfaction levels, and recommendations for improvements in services
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Significant experience in housing management or facilities management, preferably in the context of employee housing or large residential complexes
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in housing services management or related fields
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Solid problem-solving abilities and an understanding of housing regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for property management and reporting
