Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
* Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies to optimize costs and delivery timelines.
* Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure timely and accurate material and equipment delivery to construction sites.
* Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance of logistics service providers.
* Monitor logistics performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure strict compliance with all relevant logistics regulations, safety standards, and company policies.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
* Demonstrated experience in a mid-senior level role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
* Strong understanding of supply chain principles, project management, and operational best practices.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
