The Central Region Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and full oversight of all operational, commercial, and financial activities across the region. This role requires executive-level leadership, strong commercial acumen, and deep operational expertise to ensure fleet optimization, revenue growth, service excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term regional performance sustainability.
Key Accountabilities- Lead and supervise all branch operations within the Central Region, ensuring optimal fleet readiness and utilization.
- Drive B2B sales growth, expand the customer portfolio, and support the closing of key commercial agreements.
- Achieve regional revenue targets while monitoring collections and controlling operational expenses.
- Manage daily operational performance and ensure alignment with corporate standards and KPIs.
- Develop and lead the regional team through performance management, coaching, and workforce planning.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Oversee customer service standards, analyze complaints, identify root causes, and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present periodic operational and financial performance reports, including fleet status, maintenance updates, and incident tracking.
- Manage crisis situations and ensure business continuity while minimizing operational disruption.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in car rental operations and sales management.
- Proven track record in leading multi-branch operations and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong financial and operational management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams, drive performance, and operate under pressure.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
