Position: Director of Business Development (Saudi Nationality)

Overview

Participate in defining the company's strategic objectives, identify & manage business development, Marketing and Public Relations opportunities, build relationships with key clients, negotiate, and make key business transactions, analyze key information about current market conditions and follow up the implementation of business plans.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and control Business Development, Feasibility Studies, Marketing & Public Relations functions.
  • Looking for new opportunities to develop business and investments of the company.
  • Conducts market needs analysis studies to identify and report on potential business needs and requirements to management.
  • Supervises plans and programs execution developed for investment and use the company's resources to ensure the achievement of its objectives.
  • Supervises and ensures the business development continuity of all company's products.
  • Supervises setting the training plan for his department employees, and they receive it in coordination with human resources.
  • Participates in organizing agreements or contracts for new investments.
  • Proposes external methods, and research expertise to carry out some studies and supervise them.
  • Develops the company's investment opportunities and real estate development projects for future expansion plans.
  • Conduct the feasibility study of new investment.
  • Offers new investment opportunities to existing and potential customers of the company.
  • Conducts periodic reports and presents them to the CEO.
  • Managing Business Development Department (Feasibility Study).
  • Manage Public and Investor Relations Department.
  • Manage Marketing Department.
  • Data analysis related to internal sales, marketing & customers behaviors to identify areas of growth.
  • Supervise the alignment of design concepts with project goals, market trends, and stakeholder requirements, ensuring feasibility, quality, and innovation within budget and timelines.
  • Direct and Support PMO, Sales, Leasing and Facility Management Teams for newly conceived projects for compliance to the conceived concept and its expectations.
  • Stay updated with the real estate industry trends through research and events to develop innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in real estate conferences and events to network with industry professionals, gain insights into market trends, and promote the company's projects and capabilities.
  • Carry out similar duties that may fall under his responsibility.
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Preferably MBA / General Management or any similar discipline.

Practical experience: 10 years at least 3 years in a similar position.
