Job Summary

The Manager - Recreation & Engagement leads the governance and delivery of recreational, leisure, and community engagement services within the Qiddiya Workers Villages. The role ensures structured activity programming, resident engagement initiatives, facility utilization governance, and contractor performance management to enhance resident well‑being, satisfaction, and community cohesion.

• To deliver a vibrant and resident‑focused recreation and engagement ecosystem that promotes well‑being, social interaction, and positive living experiences across all Workers Villages.
• Develop and implement the recreation and engagement strategy for all Workers Villages.
• Establish activity programming calendars, community initiatives, and resident engagement campaigns.
• Oversee recreational facility utilization, readiness, and service standards in coordination with Facilities Management.
• Manage recreation service providers and coaches/instructors, ensuring compliance with SOPs, KPIs, and contracts.
• Capture resident feedback and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure HSE and safeguarding compliance for all recreational and engagement activities.
• Support official visits, community events, and special programs as required.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sports/Recreation Management, or related).
• Professional certifications relevant to the role are preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in recreation management, community engagement, hospitality, or residential services.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing multi‑site or contractor‑led services.
• Experience in workforce accommodation or community living environments is preferred.
