Job Summary

Support and manage operational risk and business continuity frameworks, identify and assess risks, monitor controls, maintain loss records, and ensure BCM/DR readiness. The role also supports audits, regulatory requirements, and promotes risk awareness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Risk Management and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and monitor risks using KRIs, RCSA
    , and loss event tracking.
  • Manage the Losses Register and conduct risk and impact assessments, including BIA
    .
  • Develop, test, and maintain BCPs and DRPs
    , and coordinate BCM drills.
  • Review contracts and develop risk and BCM policies and procedures
    .
  • Monitor risk and BCM readiness and report key issues to senior management.
  • Deliver risk and BCM awareness and training across the organization.
  • Support regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections
    .
  • 5–8 years of total experience.
