A leading facility management firm in Riyadh is seeking a Mobilization Lead to oversee contract mobilization and training programs. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end mobilization activities, ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs, and coordinate training for operational readiness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or Facility Management, along with 10–15 years of experience in the field. Proficiency in English is required, while Arabic is highly preferred.
