About the RoleHatch is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Services Manager to support our operations in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing all project services functions, ensuring smooth coordination of facilities, travel, accommodation, and mobility activities for project staff across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple service streams in a dynamic project environment.
Key Responsibilities Facilities & Office Management- Oversee office leases, renewals, and space planning.
- Manage office fit‑outs, furniture procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure reliable IT and internet access in collaboration with internal IT teams.
- Supervise the Travel Coordinator and ensure efficient coordination with the travel agency.
- Manage local transportation requirements, including buses and car rentals (in coordination with the Travel Coordinator).
- Coordinate internal travel and project deployment across the Kingdom in collaboration with the Mobility team.
- Manage the Housing Coordinator and oversee staff accommodations, including long‑term housing and hotel arrangements.
- Ensure timely booking, quality control, and compliance with company housing standards.
- Coordinate initial arrival logistics for new staff, ensuring smooth onboarding in partnership with the Mobility team.
- Oversee site deployment processes, including internal travel, mobilization schedules, and required documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project services, office administration, logistics, or related functions, preferably within engineering, construction, or large project environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is an asset.
