Role ObjectiveTo take full ownership of the compound’s operational and financial performance while delivering a hospitality-level residential experience that strengthens retention, drives occupancy, and protects long-term asset value.
What You Own- Full P&L accountability for the compound
- Occupancy growth and pricing optimization
- Revenue performance and digital leasing strategy
- Operating budget planning and cost control
- NOI improvement and financial visibility
- Monthly KPI reporting to senior management
- Implementation of hotel-inspired service standards
- Resident retention and satisfaction performance
- Professional complaint handling and service recovery
- Community-building initiatives and resident engagement
- On-site presentation and operational discipline
- Team leadership and productivity management
- Vendor performance and facilities oversight
- Process optimization and operational efficiency
- Risk, compliance, and safety management
You are accountable for both performance metrics and resident experience.
What Success Looks Like- Measurable occupancy and revenue improvement
- Controlled operating costs without service decline
- Structured reporting with clear KPIs
- A disciplined, high-performing on-site team
- Financial transparency and data accuracy
- 4+ years managing a premium residential compound or hotel with financial exposure
- Proven track record improving occupancy or revenue
- Experience in budgeting and operational cost control
- Strong understanding of pricing dynamics and leasing funnels
- Ability to manage diverse resident profiles professionally
- Data-driven mindset with reporting discipline
- Strong decision-making capability under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree required; PMP / CPM is a plus
- Fluency in English is required.
