Responsibilities
- Design and optimize organizational structures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement RACI matrices and accountability frameworks.
- Define role clarity, decision rights, and reporting structures.

- Support enterprise transformation initiatives through people and process alignment.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to define operating standards.
- Identify gaps in process maturity and implement corrective action plans.
- Promote best practices in business management and operational excellence.
- 11+ years of experience in Organizational Design, Business Process Management, or Enterprise Transformation.
- Strong expertise in operating model development and workforce alignment.
- Experience leading process reengineering initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams in complex organizations
