Head of Risk

Responsible for leading the enterprise risk management framework, with a specific focus on business continuity management(BCM). This role involves identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks, including operational, outsourcing, and regulatory risks, ensuring alignment with SAMA requirements.

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the organization's ERM framework, ensuring it integrates risk management practices into decision-making across the organization.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize key enterprise risks, including operational, outsourcing, and regulatory risks, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Oversee the development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to industry best practices.
• Stay informed of emerging risk management trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices, ensuring that the organization's risk management practices are current and effective.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management considerations into business processes, ensuring risk management is embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of risk management activities, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and residual risk levels, for relative committees and senior management.
• Communicate key risk management findings, challenges, and recommendations to senior management, ensuring that risk considerations are integrated into strategic decision-making.
• Track and report on risk exposure, providing recommendations on how to address high-priority risks.
