Position: Sector Development Director

The Sector Development Director will be a strategic visionary responsible for spearheading comprehensive development initiatives across assigned sectors with a focus on driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role demands a multifaceted leader with a robust understanding of sector dynamics, regulatory landscapes, and market trends. The incumbent will leverage extensive expertise to establish impactful partnerships, formulate strategic objectives, and influence policy frameworks.

This position requires a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, develop and implement sector-wide programs, and manage multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals. The Sector Development Director will also collaborate with executive leadership to anticipate sector challenges and devise data‑driven strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values, ensuring long‑term success and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent understanding of sector‑specific challenges and opportunities with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in leadership roles within a similar environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans that lead to the growth and sustainability of sector initiatives, demonstrating a keen ability to think long‑term and act swiftly.
