Vice President Real Estate Development ( Saudi )- For one of our clients

Reporting To: CEO / Managing Director

The Vice President – Real Estate Development provides strategic leadership across the full development lifecycle, driving growth, maximizing asset value, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s long‑term vision.

• Lead end‑to‑end real estate development activities from acquisition and feasibility to construction and delivery.
• Develop and execute development strategies aligned with business and investment objectives.
• Identify and assess new development opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Oversee financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
• Manage key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, authorities, and investors.
• Ensure regulatory, zoning, and legal compliance across all projects.
• Lead and mentor development teams while managing risks and performance.
• Prepare and present updates and investment proposals to senior management and the board.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
• 12–15 years of real estate development experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of real estate markets and development regulations.
