Our newest opportunity is for a highly experienced Stakeholder and Interface Manager to join our site supervision team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Stakeholder and Interface Manager shall be responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving all physical, technical, contractual, and stakeholder interfaces across enabling and early works packages. Acting as part of the Site Supervision Consultant team, the role ensures effective coordination between contractors, designers, utilities, authorities, and adjacent works to minimize conflicts, manage risk, and maintain continuity into subsequent main works.
This is a senior, site-based role requiring both strategic oversight and hands‑on interface management across multiple work fronts, authorities, and stakeholders operating concurrently within the site environment.
The Stakeholder and Interface Manager shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Stakeholder Management Plan, Interface Management Plan (IMP), and Communication Strategy in alignment with project requirements
- Identify, define, and manage all physical, contractual, technical, and stakeholder interfaces across enabling and early works packages
- Establish, maintain, and actively manage interface registers, responsibility matrices, action trackers, and coordination workflows
- Ensure clear definition and communication of scope boundaries, handover points, and interface responsibilities between contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Lead stakeholder interface activities involving contractors, utility providers, regulatory authorities, and adjacent project teams
- Develop and maintain structured interface analysis plans, including strategic swim lanes for follow‑up, escalation, communication, and negotiation
- Plan and lead engagement activities to secure stakeholder approvals, permits, NOCs, and agreements in accordance with the project program
- Track, report, and elevate the status of approvals, interface risks, and unresolved issues to the Engineer and Client representatives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at senior and operational levels
- Influence and promote a collaborative mindset across all parties to facilitate safe, timely, and coordinated delivery of the Works
- Coordinate closely with the wider supervision team to manage interfaces related to construction sequencing, traffic management, access, logistics, and safety
