INFORMA REAL ESTATE: The Real Estate team operates at the heart of our corporate brand and manages Informa’s real estate under Global Support. The portfolio includes c200 leases in c35 countries, extending to c1,500,000sf with a headcount of >13,000. The portfolio comprises leased office spaces, land, freehold properties, co-working spaces, warehouses and storage facilities.

The Role

Are you an experienced construction project professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role? Informa-Tahaluf seeks a Program Liaison & Delivery Manager to oversee site construction and fit-out activities for a workspace development project in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a high-profile construction project, ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

Project Management & Oversight

• Monitor and track all onsite construction activities, identify and report quality, cost or time-related risks
• Ensure site execution compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and Informa/Tahaluf guidelines
• Coordinate with project management consultants, main contractors, designers, and internal teams to deliver stakeholder objectives

Quality Assurance & Risk Management

• Conduct quality inspections and address site issues
• Escalate risks and challenges that may impact the master project program
• Implement corrective actions to maintain project standards

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Manage communication with Informa/Tahaluf senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates and reports
• Liaise with landlords and managing agents regarding site issues and progress
• Prepare and deliver weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays and mitigations

Change Management & Collaboration

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for Tahaluf colleagues
• Organise and manage change management workshops
• Collaborate with Informa Change Management and Colleague Experience teams on strategic initiatives

Qualifications

Your Professional Experience

• You have proven experience in construction project management, preferably with large-scale commercial or fit-out projects in Saudi Arabia
• You possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and industry best practices
• You are proficient in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)

Your Core Competencies

• Ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations and build trusted relationships
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Proven stakeholder management skills in matrix environments
