Senior Planning Manager - Residential; DEL

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning Manager to oversee our residential development projects. This strategic position will involve leading the planning processes for various residential initiatives, ensuring that each project aligns with the overall vision of Qiddiya and is executed efficiently.

• Lead the development of comprehensive project plans for residential communities, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate closely with various teams such as design, engineering, and construction to ensure project alignment with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, analyze data, and implement adjustments to plans as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, potential challenges, and progress towards goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and understanding throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Identify best practices and innovative approaches to enhance planning efficiency and effectiveness in residential projects.
• Mentor and develop junior planning staff, cultivating a high-performing team culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in project planning and management focused on residential development projects.
• Strong understanding of planning regulations, zoning laws, and building codes applicable to residential developments.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) for efficient planning and tracking.
• Proven track record of delivering complex residential projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse stakeholders and fostering teamwork.
