Development Manager - Commercial Office; SPA

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and experienced Development Manager for our Commercial Office Development projects. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and execution of cutting‑edge office spaces within the vibrant Qiddiya master plan. Join us in transforming the commercial landscape of Saudi Arabia, creating innovative office environments that foster productivity and collaboration.

• Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial office development projects, from initial feasibility studies through design, construction, and occupancy.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other stakeholders to conceptualize and develop modern office spaces that meet market demands.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commercial real estate sector.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present project proposals, including financial forecasts and business cases, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local authorities, contractors, and partners to facilitate project approvals and execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the development process.
• Utilize sustainability practices in office development to promote environmental responsibility and enhance workplace wellness.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging professional development and a collaborative spirit.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial office development, with a proven track record in project management.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate market trends, leasing strategies, and tenant requirements.
• Experience in managing large-scale, complex projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable.
