PCG Eng. Testing Manager

Overview

We are looking for a PCG Engineering Testing Manager to lead and optimize our testing operations for laptops, desktops, and smartphones. This role involves managing a high-performing team, driving innovation in testing technologies, and ensuring quality standards across projects. • Build and manage the testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project goals.
• Allocate resources and oversee project progress, cost management, and quality control.
• Drive innovation in testing technologies, including automation frameworks and tool/platform development.
• Oversee product introduction processes and ensure smooth integration within teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of testing experience,
  including 2–3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes for laptops, desktops, and smartphones.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement in testing practices.
