• Proven ability to establish strategic partnerships and engage with senior stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication, budget management, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain, and manage cross-functional leadership teams in early-stage, high-stakes environments
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and the broader GCC region.
